Meet Your Therapist
Hey Everyone!!! I’m Quanesha “Nesha” Phillips, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Elevated Behavior Counseling. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago, where I developed a strong foundation in clinical practice, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
My work is grounded in helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm with both structure and compassion. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered, where growth happens alongside grace. My approach is collaborative and transparent, helping clients build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and reconnect with their sense of agency.
Why I Do This Work
I do this work because after years of supporting others through coaching, speaking, and now therapy, I’ve seen how powerful it is when people are given the space to slow down, reflect, and grow with grace. My purpose is to help clients reconnect with their inner authority, move through challenges with clarity, and step into a life that feels aligned, peaceful, and whole. Elevated Behavior Counseling is where intention meets care.
Where Growth Meets Grace.
